An Interesting Day...

Today started off as the 1st of July in my mind. I guess it was just a bit of a foreshadow of the days events - days events = interesting!!

I had every intention of treating today like July 1. I was going to pay my bills, update my calendars, and I even catered my email reading and devotional to this day. Turns out....NOT the 1st! So, rent was a tad late, calendars are still reading "June" and my email got read a little out of order. Oh well!

The confusion of the morning was just a bit of a peek into the rest of the day. I have been handed some craziness throughout the day and have seen some interesting things. Today has summed up to be a bit interesting, but very entertaining!

Here are a few things I've witnessed....(some of them are moments from the weekend but fit the theme of the day)

Dog Watching Dog
I think this is hilarious!! My mother-in-law's dog loves "Animal Planet". He is mesmerized by this channel and seriously sits and watches! It is so funny to watch his reactions when he sees and hears another animal on TV. He even jumps up and stands on the edge of the TV stand when he really likes what he sees!
When the bike lock doesn't work...
This is just crazy! I'm not really sure what happened here...Either the bike lock really didn't work, or the owner lost their key and decided to leave the tire - hmm?

Who says dust isn't beautiful?
Here's the last "crazy" thing I saw today...at least so far. I have to say the artwork is lovely. I guess making the best of your dirty car is thinking on the bright side of things. I should do this to mine! It really needs a bath and would look much more appealing if I added some dust-art!

Enough of the craziness....hubby started his sophomore year of dental school today! I think I'm more excited than he is. I just love how fast it's going - it'll be graduation day before we know it! (can't wait!)

We brought my parent's puppy back with us to stay for awhile. This was him during the car ride home. Not a very happy pup. He wanted to sit on my lap - while I was driving! Not happening!

Sad Tobie
My picAday captures the great deal of Target sandals! Love them! I also love the fact that we can wear them to work! Wish the picture was of our feet in the sand but the grass will do!

Until next time...ta ta for now!
