Weekend Fun & Future Options

This weekend was well worth the drive! I got to hang out with family and friends and really enjoyed the entire stay!

These pictures were taken on our shopping adventure on Friday. It started out with a stop at the gas station where we saw this cute little guy! He was given this papa hat to wear so the sun wouldn't get in his eyes. He was absolutely adorable! I had to shoot a pic (or several) and liked this one the best!

Sissy-in-law Shopping Trip&Dinner

My sissy-in-law and I headed out to the outlets where I purchased some much needed dress pants for work! I have to say I loved the new Gap look! We purchased our findings and headed to the best restaurant ever...of course, El Rosal!!! Here's a picture of the greatest chips and salsa ever! If you don't believe me you have to try them for yourself!

We enjoyed a nice, yummy, dinner and headed back to her house for some catch-up time while she packed up for her trip! It was a great evening and I had so much fun shopping and spending time with her!

Mom&me --  Bridal Shower

The next day consisted of church with my momma and a bridal shower that my older sissy threw for her bestie! It was such a beautiful shower! The games were great and I even won the "design the wedding gown" with toilet paper of course! Our team was thrown together and we ended up winning the contest! I was also in charge of making the bridal "practice" bouquet using the bows and tissue paper from her gifts. I think it turned out pretty darn cute! I had to post a picture of the beauty!

The entire shower was so cute and set-up with such flare! I loved the paper-straws and the dessert table! It was gorgeous. Sadly, I wasn't able to try the yummies but I heard all the rave about them!!


I'm upset at myself for not taking a picAday yesterday! We even celebrated my momma's birthday and I have no picture to show for it! Makes me sad....

So here is today's picAday! It consists of my options for the future. I've been struggling with what I want to do with my future. I know I want to raise babies but once they're old enough for school...then what?!? I've thought about business - there's always fun wedding and events to plan. I've also had my heart set on teaching forever! I know I would love the job but I just don't know if I'll love it enough to go back and work after raising kiddos. Then there's the new counseling idea...I love the idea of helping others and getting the chance to work with children, and adults, if I want to! Whatever I decide to do I know that it will be something that is making an impact on others.
