{A tribute to my future babies - the things I want them to know}
Life is full of...
FRUSTRATIONS
~*~
Earlier this week i posted a quote that i saw written on the wall in Starbucks - "In three words, I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on." It is actually a quote by Robert Frost, a man who seems to know what he is talking about!

Life is full of frustrations....this is what my life is right now! Not entirely...i love being a mommy. i love my little boy. But what i don't love is the fact that i've thrown schedules out the window and any expectations i previously had have been tossed aside. Life is full of lessons as well....maybe that should be next week's theme!
Whoever said that babies can be put on schedules obviously weren't talking about newborns. Or maybe they were talking about some special baby somewhere in dreamland?!? This baby, baby C, is on his own timeline! There's not rhyme or reason to his little life...he eats when he is hungry, he sleeps when he is tired, we change him when he's dirty, and he cries when we can't quite figure out what he needs. I guess he's on a schedule...his own!

i could make a list of frustrations that i've experienced so far as mommy but that just sounds like a complaint list. And i am not complaining! i love every bit about being a mommy! i love my little boy and although sometimes we both get frustrated, we are figuring each other out. Slowly but surely.
i know life will have many more frustrations but life goes on and we will have each other every step of the way!
Until next time...ta ta for now!
