Am loving my textures today! And loving my new "skills" for making collages! It works so much better than trying to arrange individual photos onto the blog! So...i went around work/campus today snapping photos of all sorts of textures i saw! i came up with several that i loved! i feel like this collage is like on of those games you would play in the old "Highlights" magazines. The one where a portion of a picture is blown up real close and you had to guess what the photo was of....well here's my version! i'm loving the photos that came out today and am hoping for more time tomorrow to make a collage of the other half of the photo challenge - patterns!

So i've been purchasing a few items for baby! Graco was having a sale at Target so i ordered a few essential items from the website. My highchair and baby swing showed up this weekend and i am still waiting for my diaper bag and pack n' play set! i wanted to make sure they were all matching and that i would still get the good deal before it was gone! i ordered the line called "Starburst". The color scheme is brown and red - which matches our home perfectly and is gender neutral so i can reuse with all my babies! i can't wait until all the stuff arrives!
After buying a few things for the baby, i decided that i needed a few things as well. i decided to purchase a pregnancy pillow (a friend recommended it to me) because i haven't been sleeping well. i'm hoping that it will work wonders and i'll be able to sleep better throughout the rest of the pregnancy. i also ordered a book on preparing for labor and delivery. i have heard only good things about the book and wanted to make sure i began reading something soon to mentally prepare for what is to come.
