Birthdays, Father's Day and the Hubby

Sorry folks for the missing posts. I have been "all over the place" and now have so much to catch up on.

First off, I'm enjoying my Friday's off! This past Friday was my 2nd one I didn't have to work on and it was nice sleeping in and getting caught up on some things. I guess you could say I was "tickled pink" about this freebie day!

Saturday we celebrated our dear friend's birthday! It was nice to get away for a few hours and put all our energy into having fun. We played Wii (Super Maria is da' bomb), went to dinner at my favorite place (BJ's) and then had some delicious, rich chocolate cake and ice cream. We finished off the night with a jam session - Rock Band! I was the drummer, hubby was the guitarist/base player, the birthday boy was guitarist/base player and bestie was our singer! It was so much fun!

On Sunday we enjoyed a nice couple's massage! One of the perks from having my old job back is the freebie massages! They are wonderful! Father's Day was also celebrated over the weekend. We showered daddy with gifts and cards that told him how much we love him! This was something else that "tickled me pink"!

Father's Day Gifts

What I really wanted to blog about today was the very thing that tickles me pink - my hubby!

 I can't say how much I appreciate him and I don't know where I'd be without him! I really do love him to the moon and back!!!

I love this picture of him! I feel like this picture is really worth 1,000 words. It says so much about him...his humble confidence, his contentment, his ease. I am so lucky to have him as my hubby!

My picAday is just a snapshot of my last few weeks of work! I've been working hard on this project and I'm happy to say that it's done! Summer Orientation....bring it on!!!
