More Sugar?

To continue on the "Sugar, Sugar" rampage (click here if you have no idea what I'm talking about) last night I stayed strong! The "Dessert Night" was a success but also very tempting. Our order consisted of:

• Appetizer Combo

  Something for everyone! Buffalo Wings, Lightly Fried Zucchini, Mozzarella Sticks, Loaded Skins, Hand-Battered Onion Rings, Southwest Eggroll and Fire-Roasted Artichoke with dipping sauces.

• Chocolate Motherlode Cake

  Six decadent layers of chocolate cake and rich chocolate fudge icing topped with walnuts. Featured on the Food Network as one of America's "Top 5 Most Decadent Desserts" 

• Brownie Finale (2 of these desserts)

  Double chocolate walnut brownie served warm and topped with fudge frosting, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream and toasted almonds

• Jumper’s Mud Pie (one of each flavor)

  Mountains of ice cream stuffed into a chocolate cookie crust and topped with whipped cream and toasted almonds

  • Mint Chocolate Chip

  • Cookies & Cream

• Italian Lemon Cake

  Five Layers of rich cream cake, filled and topped with white chocolate lemon filling

Did I mention it was tempting?!? Guess what I had? Yep, the "Appetizer Combo". I wasn't the only one...a few girls snacked on some of the salty items along with their decadent desserts. But me - just appetizers for me.

JDA Dessert Night

Look how happy they all look? These beautiful ladies are so sweet! I'm sure they're all on somewhat of a sugar-high while I was taking pics....jealous much?

Anyways, the night consisted of voting me in for President of the JDA for next year! I was happy to accept the offer and am now on duty as the 2012-2013 JDA President! I'm so excited about this! This also means that there will be another dessert night that I will schedule when I can eat sugar!

For the sake of "Wishful Wednesday" I've completed another task on my To-Do list. I have officially come up with a new password for all of my accounts. I will delete this off my list when I complete changing every one of them.

As for my picAday you'll have to wait. My picture needs to be taken later on today on my way to visit family. I want to document the ride home and the event I'll be attending tonight. These will be posted tomorrow! My picAdays will probably be a day late the rest of this week since all the events I want to post are happening later in the evenings...so stay tuned!
