Resolutions...

Hubby and i began our New Year's workout plan...Insanity. We are doing the workout in the evenings and it totally lives up to its name - insane.

We began the program on Sunday because i wanted our rest day to be Sabbath - one more reason to look forward to this day! We have completed 3 days already and are on our 4th day tonight. We are definitely feeling the burn! i swear my calves haven't ever been this sore! Walking seems to take more effort these days!

i told hubby that i wouldn't post his "before" picture up on the Internet, but i did get him to agree to take one for comparison later. But i did promise not to share. i want to keep my "before" picture hidden until i have a great "after" picture to share! i will make sure that i post the pictures after the 60 days.

It is hard to believe that in just 60 days 57 days we will be able to see great results. i am hoping to lost a good 20lbs, but more would be awesome! i have read success stories of other woman who have lost 30! i would love to lost the rest of the baby weight but i know everyone is different and 20lbs would be just as awesome!

i am also doing a workout program that a mom of 3 wrote herself. Every day she posts a workout video onto YouTube and i follow along with her journey. She has done this challenge before and looked GREAT after she was done! This challenge is 90 days and i am looking forward to those results as well!
