Project 52: THIRTY TWO

Life is full of...

MESSES

SOME DAYS WILL BE FILLED WITH DISASTER.

SOMETIMES EVEN A WHOLE WEEK WILL BE WASTED.

RELAX. IT'LL ALL GET DONE IN DUE TIME.

AND WE CAN ALL BENEFIT FROM A LITTLE DOWN TIME.

Everything about this post is disastrous...a huge mess! i am several days late on posting this...

My plant died....i about cried when i found it like this Monday morning. i completely forgot about it over the weekend and found it wilted worse than this. Will my baby end up forgotten?!? No...i'm being dramatic. Besides, bested reminded me that baby will cry and remind me he is hungry - no starving, wilted child there!

My laundry pile is piling up....and this is just the baby stuff. i decided to "organize" my gifts from me shower and ended up with this pile - from Monday. Oh boy! How many days have gone by?!?

Our trash pile is also piling up....boxes need to be broken down and put in the recycle bin. But who has time, or energy, for that? Plus, who has an empty trash can? We failed to put ours out this week....oops!

And here i am...or i should say here is baby C! With a broom in my hand because my floors have been neglected and i'm stepping on crud. Baby C, in all his glory, i wouldn't put it past him to be albs by now! Yikes!!

In my defense...i stayed home all week because i wasn't feeling well. i guess that should mean i had all week to clean this mess up, but i'm playing the pregnancy card. i was exhausted. Had no energy whatsoever, and was having some faint/dizzy episodes. Turns out, baby C is big and growing all the time and i need more food! BUT, i have no room for food in my squished-up tummy so i wasn't eating enough - for me or him! 

Now it is snacks every two hours (if not more often) and making sure i'm eating protein so i don't bottom out with blood sugar. i am also making sure that i'm drinking extra plenty of water and trying to take it easy so that i don't waste energy (hence the dirty house). 

i plan to go back to work on Monday with a bag full of snacks! My doctor's appointment is on Tuesday and i'm hoping to get some information about baby C and his soon arrival! i will keep you all posted.....

i would say that we are down 32 weeks, but since this post is so dang late i'll just say that there just about 6 more weeks to go! Project 52 will make another appearance Sunday for my actual "on schedule" post....if i get around to it in time!!!
