It is really the simple things that make life so sweet! i love spending the day with little moments like this. Thanks to bestie for snapping this photo for me! We found this fabulous "backdrop" next to Taco Bell (a big simple pleasure of mine) and we knew it was perfect! The texture of the wall was a perfect contrast to my fun outfit! i love my new chevron-like sweater in this lovely color! i love my necklaces from 2 of my besties, and i absolutely adore white coffee mugs - especially with clever quotes on them!
Life is full of simple pleasures. They are really what bring a smile to my face each day. Whether it be a view of all my white mugs resting neatly in my china hutch, or hubby's sweet hug and then kiss on my cheek, or the weekly Starbucks hot chocolate run baby cousin does for me before our meeting together. All these simple pleasures make my day!

The rain has finally come! i am thrilled to greet it, too! i thought it was a little silly that my umbrella perfectly matched my jacket today, but it definitely made me smile. i thought this photo was perfect to wrap up the week of "object holding". i'm indeed holding one here!
