i know i'm so behind on November's Project 12 post! i had every intention of doing this on the last Friday of November (i know, i know...2 weeks ago) but time got away from me; as it so often does!

Memories are awesome! i don't know where we'd be without them! They are so important to who we are and they really help shape us. i love my parents for giving me so many great memories. i have so many things i can look back on and cherish! 

The photo above was taken a long time ago...i don't remember the exact time, but we sure look like we are having fun. This photo reminds me of lots of things:

1. Mom and dad never let us wear bikinis - something i understand now
2. Little sissy loved to be in her own little world
3. Little sissy loves laying out...i do not!
4. i can tell by the looks on our faces that our imaginations were running wild - as they always did!

These are just some things that come to mind. I know big sissy is around there somewhere...probably playing in the water or playing catch with dad. i know that mom was somewhere sunbathing (she loves it too) and there are tons and tons of snacks! There were the good ol' days! i miss them! Life was simple and fun! 

i can't wait to make memories for my own children one day. i can't wait to capture these moments on camera and then one day have them recall all those fond memories!

Memories inspire me! They remind me of my past and make me want to be that once again! i can't wait to make wonderful memories that i can look back on!
