If i won the lotto...

(So...i started writing this post yesterday and didn't get the chance to finish it...so i guess i'm posting 2 blogs today)

i've had a terrible day...my head hurts, i'm emotionally and physically drained, and i really, really want to go home!

Anyways, enough of the pity party, i noticed that my challenge today was to blog about what i'd do if i won the lottery...

Well, let me tell you what i'd do!

First of all i'd take the money in segments (instead of all at once) for tax purposes. This is the way i understand that best....i think it would be smarter to get it in smaller amounts anyways so i can pace myself with the money. 

The next thing i'd do would be to pay off all my student loans! Mine and hubby's! It would feel so nice to be debt free and not have to worry about those awful monthly payments! It would be fabulous!

i would also buy a new car! Not a fancy one but just one that is reliable and will fit a family inside! That's all!

i would then invest (however you do that) a good chunk of it for my children (future children) so that they wouldn't ever have to worry about money.

The last thing i'd do is build our dream home! i'm not sure what this looks like exactly but we would design it together and i would get to decorate the heck out of it! i would make sure that it was exactly what we wanted and it would be beautiful!

Oh, how i can dream...
