Pretty simple really...just go to the grocery store, get some fruit, before putting the fruit away at home pre-cut and place into baggies and freeze! And there you have it...pre-made smoothie ingredients. Pretty smart, huh?
So i gave it a try!
i bought my fruit and cut it up:

And in the morning...this:
It was a complete success! i did have to add a few more strawberries this morning and figured out that i needed to cut my bananas into quarters vs. halves, but other than that it worked perfectly!
So here are my ingredients:
- 1/2 of banana
- 5 strawberries
- Little bit of Vanilla Light Silk Soy Milk
- 1 tbs. of Ovaltine or Peanut Butter
- Some ice
