Total Miscellaneous

Today was my short day at work. I love the fact that Mondays have a bright spot in them and I look forward to the short days at the beginning of the week.

I thought I would get home today and get a lot accomplished. I thought that I would get some grocery shopping done, organizing at home, some important phone calls made, and some cleaning. In actuality, I got the grocery shopping done and that's about it. The thought of short Mondays are wonderful but the time passes real quickly and my long afternoons go by way too fast.

I was thinking about how Mondays used to be my Musical Mondays. I haven't even blogged about music in so long. I was thinking about this today and was realizing that I haven't even had time to really sit and listen to the radio or my old music. I do listen in the morning and in the car, but other than that I haven't really had time to listen.

At my old job I was able to have music playing from my laptop. Now my music at work consists of finger plays and "Mary Had a Little Lamb". These songs are fun and all but not the type of music that I find inspiring.

Anyways, I can't believe that it is almost March! I just hung up my St. Patrick's Day door hanger and got my Easter one out and ready. I can't believe that we are almost in the 3rd month of 2012. Time is flying by and I can't wait for the Summer. My hubby gets a break, I get vacation, and lots of sun and time with friends.

Well, The Bachelor is about to start and I must see who he sends home tonight!
