And it's Musical Monday!
Tonight was my chillin's Christmas Program and Open House at our preschool. We had a great turn-out for the program and the kids did a wonderful job! We had lots of singers, a few "deer in the headlights", and just a couple tears. Not too much of a shocker from 2-5 year olds!
The night was a fun one! They sang beautifully and the families loved seeing the classroom decorated so nicely for Christmas.
On my end, it was a terrible evening for heels. I stubbed my toe, which already had an in-grown toenail, and I was limping badly. This was already happening in flats, so when I put on my heels it was a lost cause. The night was a struggle in the walking area and I got through pretty much the entire evening with my shoes on (a few times I snuck them off for a bit).
Anyhow, this Musical Monday turned out pretty great. I can't wait for tomorrow! An evening with little sister will be much needed and appreciated!
