I Need Energy

I am so tired today! I didn't realize how used to 3-day weekends I was until they were taken away from me and given 2 days to recuperate from the week.

My mom and dad used to tell me that water and exercise would help me be more energized. I believe the water one...but how does exercise make you less tired? It seems opposite in my head.

Well, even though I'm not sure why, I've decided to get back into my yoga routine. It's been awhile...maybe even a month now. I'm starting tonight! I'm off to yoga class to see how much energy I can gain back for the week. When I get home I'm making my hubby a delicious meal. It will include tortellini, squash & zucchini (not from my garden) and sourdough bread!

As for right now, I'm off to yoga...wish me luck!
